U-shaped bolt

1. The English name of the U-bolt is U-bolt. Both ends are threaded and can be combined with nuts. This bolt has a wide range of applications and is commonly used to fix pipes (such as water pipes) and sheets (such as leaf springs for automobiles).

2. According to the length of the thread, U-shaped bolts are divided into two categories: fully threaded and non-fully threaded.

3. According to the tooth shape of the thread, U-shaped bolts are divided into coarse teeth and fine teeth.

4. According to the performance of the bolts, U-shaped bolts are divided into 3.6、4.8、5.6、5.8、8.8、9.8、10.9、12.9 Eight levels.Among them, U-shaped bolts above grade 8.8 (including grade 8.8) are made by heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering. The raw material is low-carbon alloy steel or medium-carbon steel, which is called high-strength bolts.U-shaped bolts below grade 8.8 (excluding grade 8.8) are called ordinary bolts.
